Legal work and advocacy

The matters he is pursuing or has argued, from constitutional doctrine to filings with agencies, bar authorities and a homeowners association — and the doctrine he argued alone that three networks now argue with counsel: viewpoint discrimination by a federal official as state action.

Data as property
The takings argument: uncompensated commercial use of personal data violates the Fifth Amendment. Pressed through petitions to the National Archives, inspectors general, the FTC and members of Congress since 2023.
Trademark and copyright registration
USPTO application for the @Blake_S_Davis mark, Class 041, filed as an individual on the Principal Register with first use April 25, 2019; registration of his X content with the Copyright Office underway (2026).
Priority and derivation
First-to-publish as the standard for conceptual priority; derivation proceedings as the remedy when a disclosed concept is filed by someone else. His timestamped record — seven years of posts and 1,935 archived AI sessions — is the evidence base.
Censorship and platform transparency
First Amendment, Section 230 and unfair-practice theories against shadow-banning and demonetization; complaints to the NSA and ODNI inspectors general; participation in the FTC's 2025 inquiry into platform censorship.
Antitrust and platform power
Gatekeeping by mobile operating systems, app stores and social platforms as unfair competition; a proposed server-side auditor for discriminatory moderation.
Redress of grievances
Petitions under the First Amendment's petition clause; the Economic Treason Act; quantified-redress proposals; the Veteran Rights Compliance system; the Federal Employee Consumption Initiative on cannabis reclassification.
Surveillance, espionage and neurowar
Espionage-law and surveillance-law analysis; anomalous-health-incident advocacy; treason and RICO framings for coordinated data theft.
HOA enforcement dispute
Contesting violation notices from Stonebridge Manor HOA and City Property Management over trash-container visibility and security cameras, a denied architectural request, and selective enforcement in light of a neighbor's unapproved construction.
Law-enforcement conduct complaint
A 2026 internal-affairs complaint with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office alleging religious discrimination in deputy conduct across two calls for service; pending.
Imperial Valley water governance
Advocacy on Imperial Irrigation District elections, Salton Sea policy, agricultural runoff and the 2025 funding freeze.
Intellectual-property reform
Section 230 and DMCA reform, USPTO automation, and a USPTO–WTO coalition strategy as a counter to BRICS.

Attorney-conduct grievances: Greg Anthony Dann, Esq.

Grievances filed in the summer of 2026 against Greg Anthony Dann, Esq., of GAD Legal, LLC in Windsor, Connecticut — an immigration and tax attorney admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2016 and practicing before the immigration courts — over statements made about him on TikTok: a comment during a livestream debate panel on July 23, 2026, and a direct-message exchange on July 24, 2026, in which the attorney made false accusations of serious criminal conduct against him. The context is the point: the panel was a debate in which he had identified himself by his faith and his background, and the accusation landed on the Jewish participant making the Jewish argument — the pattern the Spiritual logic page records, in which the claim is answered with a criminal label rather than a counter-argument. The complaints were filed with the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, which declined to docket at screening and received his request for discretionary review addressed to its director; with the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee; and with the EOIR's disciplinary counsel, with a question raised as to the attorney's Connecticut admission while practicing from a Connecticut office. Three exhibits — the livestream, the profile, the messages — are attached to each. The rules invoked are Rule 8.4 (dishonesty, deceit, conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice) and Rule 7.1; the defamation claim is his to bring. A note for the Classified page: the working session in which the first complaint was drafted vanished from his account in early August 2026, and his request to the vendor to investigate the deletion is on record.

Antisemitism, as he has experienced and reported it

He wears a Star of David and displays menorahs in his window. This is his first-person record of antisemitism directed at him in Orange County in 2025 and 2026, the reports he made, and to whom — dated from his own record and standing as his testimony.

  • Oct 2 2025Report On Yom Kippur, reported antisemitic cyber incidents in person at the Brea Police Department, and posted that his device showed connections routing toward China while he stood in the lobby.
  • Oct 13 2025Record Contacted the Fullerton Police Department repeatedly; it would not accept suspicious-behavior reports from him, cyber or otherwise. He said so publicly on Feb 20, 2026: when local law enforcement will not take the report, a pattern of infringement cannot be recorded.
  • Dec 18 2025Complaint Written complaint to the property management company, Lyon Living, over a neighbor at the Las Palmas Apartments in Fullerton — he and his family feared for their lives, and had said so in earlier complaints.
  • Jan 29 2026Filing Researched a restraining order against the neighbor; wrote to the Fullerton Police Department the next day.
  • Mar 5 2026Record No public-safety disclosure had been made to residents; on Mar 21 asked the company when its appliances were last audited for leaks; on Apr 8 requested the permit number for a fire repair at the property and gave notice of what it faced in litigation.
  • Mar 9 2026Allegation Drafted allegations of willful misrepresentation against the Fullerton Police Department, with the Brea and Placentia departments included for willful negligence.
  • Mar 16 2026To the ADL and AIPAC Public post that IMSI catchers in his area were preventing his VPN from connecting to Israel.
  • Apr 2026Assault The neighbor, loitering outside his apartment, tore the Star of David from his neck — “the first thing he went for” — struck him in the neck and dislocated his right ring finger; he held the man until bystanders arrived. The responding Fullerton officers treated it as mutual, so no charges were filed; days later the management company served notice to quit. His own judgment on it: the restraining order should have been filed first.
  • Apr 21 2026To AIPAC An extensive email setting out the antisemitism experienced at Las Palmas involving the Fullerton, Brea and Placentia police departments, and the cyber, lighting, water-heating, fire and air-quality problems at the property. Apr 24: the ADL's antisemitism team, by email.
  • Jul 23 2026To AIPAC and the ADL Further email on frequency-based antisemitic covert attacks; see the DEW page.
  • 2026Complaint An internal-affairs complaint alleging religious discrimination in deputy conduct with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, pending; see the Government page.

His position, held throughout: that antisemitism in a gated complex and a police lobby is antisemitism, that a department that will not take the report becomes part of the pattern it will not record, and that the organizations built to track antisemitism — which he has written to since 2024 — should be tracking this. His outreach to AIPAC runs from public posts in May 2024 through the emails of April and July 2026; he regards AIPAC as the natural funder of a pro-Israel candidate with his record (May 10, 2026), which is on the Office page.
