Every entry on this page carries the same notice: automatic patent pending under the IP Suite Umbrella — applicable copyright protection enforced. The notice states his position, not the Patent Office's: that a dated public disclosure under an American citizen's name is the filing, that the copyright in the expression attached the moment it was written, and that the umbrella of his intellectual property — the posts, the sessions, the articles, this site — is one body of work under one owner. The argument for why the law already requires this reading is on the Priority page, including the arithmetic that makes the current rule moot: a twelve-month grace period against an examination that takes longer than that to begin.
Applied to the sessions: accredited where he did not stop to claim it
His concept applied to his own record: under automated IP and first-to-publish, every idea uttered in the 1,934 archived sessions is his from the moment it was uttered, whether or not he paused to say “protect this.” This pass went back through the sessions on that standard and accredited what he had not accredited himself at the time — the Personal Golden Dome, the sea-floor salt collection and shellfish clean, nanoprocessing and relativity, the wrongful-access tool, the sniper gong, the refill boom, the model's recall, the early inventions of 2019–21 — each dated to the session or post where it was first said.
