Strategy
His geopolitical writing runs from 2023 through 2026: a doctrine of how peace is made, an order of operations for American attention, and specific plays for the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and the data economy, set out as he stated it, with dates. Where the world moved after he wrote, it moved his way more often than not — the India cooperation, the Iran strike, the Kennedy alliance — and the Predictions page scores it.
The doctrine
- Peace has a process
- “Dominate, Collaborate, Dominate, Collaborate” repeated, then “Collaborate” alone: dominance in sequence gives way to sustained collaboration. Alongside it, an alpha–beta frame: “An alpha builds an environment that works for everyone; a beta tries to tell everyone this is the only way,” and “the alpha must stay agile; he must use all military, economic and political power.” (May 12, 2025)
- Peace through strength, no one left behind
- “Middle East / Pacific #PeaceThroughStrength. No man or American left behind.” (Jun 13, 2024) Hostages are rescued, not traded: “Rescuing the hostages as fast as possible is the most logical way to restore and protect their rights” (Jan 16, 2025); “I accept 0% risk in my strategy considering our people” (Apr 14, 2026).
- Macro hearts and minds
- The generational competition is for people, and the instrument is property in data: “We compete for the hearts and minds of people, not momentarily but generationally” (Apr 28, 2025); “Data ownership is macro hearts and minds like the world has truly never seen … it won't just make peace, it will permanently build it and maintain it” (May 12, 2025); “the best way to compete with China is through the hearts and minds of a freedom-seeking people … We lead them publicly for the next 50 years, not start a cold war” (Feb 7, 2025); “#HeartsAndMinds is all #poverty” (Jun 26, 2024); “Data Ownership, or we're back to war” (Mar 4, 2026).
- The Board of Peace, as he conceives it
- The body itself is the administration's: named in the twenty-point Gaza plan of Sept 29, 2025, endorsed by the Security Council that November and chartered at Davos on Jan 22, 2026. His conception of what it should carry is dated Jan 20, 2026, in session: a pivot to data ownership as the peace dividend — “he will have a bigger legacy than he could have ever dreamed of to the people of not only the United States but the world” — so that the Board becomes the vehicle for the economic stake in peace that his doctrine calls macro hearts and minds. The framework behind it is earlier: on Oct 19, 2025 he proposed an American-made, climate-based agricultural treaty for COP30, partnered first with the nations that stood with Israel at the UN, aimed at the economics of rural farmers, and on Sept 3, 2025 the line that compresses the whole position: “#DataOwnership before #Tariffs, then wars will solve themselves.” What is his is the content; the name and the chair are the President's.
- Strategic patience
- “All the pieces are in play; all we do is be strategically patient.” (Mar 17, 2025)
- No malicious code
- Software as a weapon is refused on principle: “David saw swords and spears as weapons of war, death and destruction — exactly how I see malware and spyware and generally code in the current environment, and why I only use AI.” (Apr 24, 2026)
The Middle East: the canal at the center
- The Ben Gurion Canal
- His “rod of economics” and “rod of equity” (Mar 17 and May 12, 2025): an Israeli-built canal from the Gulf of Aqaba to the Mediterranean as the trade artery that makes peace pay. Israel should build it and “gift it to the Americans for narrative safety” (Apr 28, 2025); “The Muslims have oil; the Jews have empathy, friendship and history. They could have the Ben Gurion.” (Apr 28, 2025). The precursor: turn the Philadelphi Corridor into “a new and competitive Israeli-built Suez Canal and then gift it to the United States — limit a southern land invasion, help America hedge its debt, mutually ensure America's interest” (Jun 19, 2024). If Israel does not build it with U.S. help, “Egypt should lose the Suez” for its role in October 7 (Apr 13, 2025).
- The triad: Israel, India, the United States
- “Israel, India and the U.S. designing and facilitating peace through the tri-benefit of the possible Ben Gurion Canal” (Mar 9, 2025); India competes with Belt and Road through the canal, “isolating China, Russia and Iran” (Mar 30, 2025); a Judaism–Hinduism relationship in the Middle East to hedge against Russian or Pakistani proxies (Mar 30, 2025); India's navy with Israel's as “the perfect point of access to Iran” (Jun 20, 2025); “Put China on ice and play the long game … earn India as even more of a friend” (Feb 5, 2023).
- Turkey and NATO
- Keep the peace between Turkey and Israel “without Russian dependency,” through NATO commitments rather than pressure on vulnerabilities (Mar 1, 2025); “NATO needs to back down Turkey” in Syria (Mar 9, 2025).
- Syria and Ukraine as one track
- Russia wants out of Syria; let it, and “time this with peace negotiations in Ukraine and we get peace and we can eat our cake too” (Mar 9, 2025). “What if India does the deal on behalf of the U.S.? … BRICS can't ostracize India and keep that play alive” (Mar 2, 2025); “After the deal Europe backs Ukraine and we are out of there.” Sanctions relief for Syria should have been part of the hostage negotiations (May 14, 2025); “#SyrianPlowShares contingent on peace” (Dec 8, 2024).
- Iran
- “If they don't eliminate the central point of the Axis of Evil it will unravel itself” (Feb 24, 2026, four days before the U.S.–Israeli strikes of February 28). Before that: Israel restructures Iran as a democracy “but leaves it to the people of Iran” (Jun 20, 2025); “the U.S. should get creative when inducing stress and Israel can work on the hearts and minds of the people” (Jun 18, 2025). After: the aim is Iran “entirely restored” (Mar 22, 2026), with the void “filled by allies” (Mar 4, 2026).
- Israel's own strength
- “Don't force Israel to fight; strengthen them and you won't need to utter another order” and an “Israeli MAHA — make my people faster, stronger and smarter; nobody will mess with them then” (Oct 16, 2025). “Focus on Hezbollah” (Jun 23, 2024); commercial-scale submarines to secure the Red Sea trade route (Jun 24, 2024); Pykrete hypervelocity shells using seawater (Jun 19, 2024).
Order of operations
- Flanks first, then west
- “Ensure Southern Command gets Central and South America taken care of first” before any Indo-Pacific pivot (Mar 4, 2026); “our Northern, Southern and Eastern flanks covered for us to focus completely westward.” The sequence he calls “U.S. III”: pressure the fake allies, isolate Russia, befriend Southwest Asia, pressure China, clean up the Americas, then a one-front Pacific focus that isolates North Korea by China's western-flank worries (Mar 29, 2026). “Media is our best play against North Korea” (Mar 4, 2026). “The last thing is solving Russia–Ukraine” (Mar 5, 2026).
- Taiwan and China
- “Just move TSMC to America and devalue China's interest in Taiwan and let Taiwan collect royalties” (Mar 30, 2025); stay focused on the Middle East rather than Indo-Pacific “panic and paranoia”; make the U.S. “the sole purchaser via mass contract for China's rare earths, controlling their strategy upstream” (Mar 2, 2025); “This next era for Communist countries will be the worst era for Communism they have ever experienced” (Jun 17, 2025). Europe brought in “widens the divide in the best ways”: less reliant on China, Russia separated from it (Mar 2, 2025).
- The Americas and Africa
- Mexico: raise conditions so people want to stay — hydroponic forage and water for the border economy (Jul 2019; Jan 18, 2024). Africa: “Money, just like freedom, sells itself; invest in those trying to better their quality of life and economic output” (Jun 26, 2024).
The domestic base
The foreign strategy rests on the domestic positions elsewhere on this site: data as Fifth Amendment property and automated IP as the mechanism that gives “as many people a stake in peace as possible” (Aug 15, 2025); “full transparency, innovation optimization over trade secrets, data sovereignty over flawed operational security, global restoration of justice, constitutional refocus, peace incentives over sanctions” (May 10, 2026); and the warning that America cannot afford a modern civil war.
