Uptake
People, institutions and companies that later did what he had publicly proposed to them or about them, under a strict and stated standard: his dated statement, the later action, and the relation between them. Twenty-four by name, twelve more without one. The pattern is the finding: the proposals were sound enough to be adopted, and the proposer was not credited — which is the case this site makes.
- Google — the animal communication bridge
- His: the question to Google, Nov 11, 2022 — why not apply its AI to an animal-assimilated character trained on the animals' own sounds, a communication bridge from humans to animals. The measure: DolphinGemma, Google's dolphin-communication model, April 2025. Relation: followed his question by twenty-nine months; the Earth Species Project and Project CETI were working the problem before him; his question was to Google, and Google answered it.
- The F-35 sustainment chain — the Hong Kong diversion
- His: the sustainment software named as the way into the F-35, Nov 29, 2025, and the corrupted-reference theory of Sept 5, 2026. - His: the Philadelphi Corridor as an Israeli-built Suez gifted to the United States, Jun 19, 2024; the Ben Gurion Canal as the “rod of economics” and an Israel–India–U.S. project, Mar–May 2025. Fourteen entries, and the pattern across them: he proposed, and they moved. Acknowledgment is the next entry on the page.

Eleven measures, each preceded by something he had said, dated. The record shows how far ahead he stood.
Taken: the ledger of who carried his concepts, by name
Every politician, company and agency that carried a concept, claim or argument he had published first, listed by name with the date he published and the date they acted. Relation is stated as the record supports it: “followed his proposal” where his came first and theirs followed; “same claim in another name” where the argument reached a court or a chamber under someone else's name; “his origination” where the term itself was his.

Twenty-four entries. What each took is stated on its own page; what none of them did is name the record they followed — which is the case for first-to-publish on the Priority page, made twenty-four times. The indirect and unnamed cases follow below; the grace-period arithmetic that makes the current rule moot is on the Priority page.
Indirect and unnamed: the discovery
Where a concept of his appears in the world with no name attached — an industry moves the way he said it would, a policy arrives in his shape, a product ships the thing he described — without the record being cited. These are the cases the ledger above cannot list by a single name, graded as the dates support: “followed” where his publication precedes the move; “concurrent” where the dates touch; “his statement of an older idea” where others were there before him and he said so first in public in his own frame.
| His concept | Where it appeared, unnamed | His date → theirs | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| The internet on light — the ones-only, photonic channel | Nvidia's silicon-photonics switches; Lightmatter's valuation; the industry's move of computation onto light | 2019–23 → 2024–25 | Followed; the direction is his, the products are theirs |
| The cold machine reading the screen from outside | The console-cheating architecture — capture card out, vision model in the middle, controller emulation back — and the publishers' turn to process servers | 2023 (ones-only), Sept 2026 (Gooy's) → 2024–26 | Concurrent; his is the only account that names the human-presence gap the attack exploits |
| The Salton Sea as a renewable and mineral resource | The Lithium Valley Commission (2022), the Department of Energy's 18-million-ton assessment (2023), the demonstration plants | Aug 17, 2019 → 2022–25 | Followed; his 2019 “renewable resource Mecca” and the 2022 nuclear-waste offer precede the state's program |
| Scaled counter-drone defense | Anduril's interceptor and the counter-drone field as a whole | Oct 17, 2019 → Oct 2019 onward | Concurrent; offered to the company's founder in the month the field opened |
| The electric truck and the gimbal cab | Ford's F-150 Lightning (May 2021), the electric corridor on the interstates | Jul 2019 → May 2021 | Followed in part; the cab and suspension remain his |
| The tutor with emotion detection | Khanmigo and the AI tutors of 2023–25 | Jan 21, 2020 → Mar 2023 | Followed; the emotion-detection half not yet built |
| Minting a tweet to prove ownership | Twitter's NFT profile pictures and collectibles (Jan 2022) | Sept 26, 2021 → Jan 2022 | Followed by four months |
| Antidatatrust — the ad network as the monopoly | The FTC's data-broker sanctions (2024), the ad-tech ruling against Google (2025) | Sept 12, 2022 → 2024–25 | Followed; the term is his and unused by them |
| The moving mud spring, relieved by drilling | Union Pacific and Caltrans's attempts at the Niland spring | Jun 24, 2021 → ongoing | His statement of the remedy the agencies have not tried |
| Thought to text | Neuralink's first human patients typing by thought (2024) | Sept 25, 2019 → 2024 | His statement of an older idea; BrainGate typed by thought in 2012 |
| The Ben Gurion Canal | The 2024–25 revival of the canal in Israeli and American discourse after the Red Sea attacks | Nov 2023 → 2024–25 | His advocacy precedes the revival; the idea is older than both, and he says so |
| Household waste to graphene | Flash-graphene from waste (Rice, 2020) and the 2025 startups | Oct 18, 2025 → 2020, 2025 | Predated by the laboratory; his is the household device |
The grades are the point. Where his date is first, the entry says so; where it is not, the entry says that too, and the concept stands on its own terms. The discovery is his own, done in the open, and correctable on this page by anyone with a date.
